01memory for AI work

The Athanor

every time a session ended, the work lost its place. i built The Athanor so an AI can find the relevant project files, remember decisions, and show where its answers came from.

corrections replace stale guidance without erasing the history. each room keeps its own identity and authority. there's a simple file-backed mode, and a deeper PostgreSQL mode for the long-lived stuff.

i may have built an entire furnace because i got tired of repeating myself.

02text that moves

Scripts of Folly

i write stories, and i wanted the words to do more than sit politely on a page. Scripts of Folly lets a phrase glow, shake, whisper, blur, or float through a scene.

the effects live in the text itself, so they can follow the rhythm of a digital book instead of taking over the whole screen.

the page still has to be readable when the magic sleeps.

Bluelearn

Bluelearn is a free, open-source way to learn through connected concepts. every guide shows what you need first and where you can go next.

i helped build the walkthrough that shows the guides after the one you're reading. now i'm working on a visual editor where contributors can connect guides and ask for the missing pieces.

    a big client newsroom: an Astro site for readers, a React CMS for articles, galleries, and video, and a PHP API under both. i worked across all three, and the first big push landed in about two weeks. later, every uploaded photo learned to arrive in the right size.

    Records custody system · with WDA

    a document-storage company ran on two old systems, SCV and SGD. i'm folding them into one: client portal, service orders, box numbering and labels, custody, contract prices, invoices, and reports, with every real write audited. the old code is evidence, never a template. it's walking through staging with the people who'll use it every day.
